Usage: As a dietary supplement, take 1-3 scoops with 8 ounces of cold water and consume 30 minutes before beginning activity. Due to the potency of this pre-workout product, it's highly recommended to assess tolerance by using a 1 scoop serving before consuming the normal 2-3 scoop serving, DO NOT EXCEED 4 SCOOPS IN ANY 24 HOUR PERIOD
