| Comments: | Works well and the thermos definitely made me sweat sooner and more. Interesting to taste the red pepper in the last swallow. No creatine in this pwo which I think deserves mention. Tired of sodium bicarbonate! |

| Comments: | I thought I'd give this product a try and I'm only giving it 3 stars because unfortunately it gives me an upset stomach and about 2 hours later bad diarrea. Otherwise it does give you good focus and energy. I'll be switching back to [another product]. |

| Comments: | It's ok. It does give you energy and focus, especially if your caffeine weak and it tastes ok. A little sweet for my taste, but better then others. The main problem I have is that it gives me a lot of gas, the last thing I wanted was to be passing gas while working out. I'm not sure if its just me but I know I won't get it again, I'll stick to [another product] next time |
