Recommended Usage: Begin by taking one tablet in the morning before breakfast and another in the evening prior to bed, preferably on an empty stomach. After the first week, you may increase to 2 tablets prior to bed along with one tablet in the morning before breakfast. DO NOT EXCEED 6 TABLETS A DAY. If you experience any abdominal discomfort or diarrhea reduce dosage. Discontinue use if symptoms persist.
