| Comments: | Not sure how it's helped with gains, but it definitely helps me get to sleep. After about 15 minutes after taking it I feel really relaxed and can fall asleep no problem. Occasionally it will cause my lips to burn. Good price! |

| Comments: | Overall, I've been pleased with this product. Although it's tough to judge how beneficial it truly is I will say that I've made moderate gains while seeing dramatic increases in my maxes. Aside from the occasional shortness of breath, and minor flare of itching, which is common with GABA, I've experienced no other issues and will continue to use this product. |
