| Comments: | Seems alright. Most Wheys and mixes I buy contain BCAAs already. I'm not sure if I would stick with them. I stacked this with more protein, so I can't tell if this is what is cutting me up, or the protein. Not expensive for 200 caps, cheap enough to try so I did. I take 1 pre and 1 post workout. |
