This diet stack is fantastic and these products do not contain caffeine like a lot of diet proucts do and you don't get the shake,s etc. Drink plenty of water each day and there are no cramps with this diet stack that I have experienced with other diet produts I have used over the years. I like to use this with the Extreme Test Stack II Plus. It really works well. |
