Comments:	This is a great product especially with the added beta-alanine. Mixes well and the taste isn't that bad either.

Comments:	Didn't use this product for muscle building but rather for replenishing nutrients lost during cardio sessions. I experienced noticeable increases in both endurance and speed on days I drank this slowly throughout the run. Would buy it again.

Comments:	Beta alanine definitely adds a boost to your system. Overall though I would say this product is best for putting on some lean muscle. Pre-workout effect is best when combined with something else, but as a lean muscle builder it is excellent.
