Q: How does L-Carnitine L-Tartrate help my bodybuilding routine?
A: Studies suggest that the L-tartrate form of L-carnitine may promote androgen receptor sites on muscle tissue, allowing better results from fitness and bodybuilding. It was also shown to elicict a significant increase in insulin-like growth factor binding protein (IGFBP), which could also explain its reduction of exercise-induced muscle tissue damage. I love Androcept so much, here I am 5 years later using it again. I'm almost 3 weeks in and started noticing the density in my muscles getting more solid and toned in only a week!
