| Comments: | This is a great protein product for those who want to mix it with other food items such as bananas or chocolate powder or to make shakes. It's good on its own and is a great source of only protein so you can choose the fat and carbohydrates to add. Only downside is the artificial sweetener stays in your mouth after you finish your shake . |

| Comments: | Its really great product. i take after workout and before i go to bed. i always wakeup with a lotta energy. Only has 40g protein per sering but the amino acid amounts are unbeleivable. I would reccommend this to anyone looking to put on some good gains. Taste is 510. |
