Comments:	I do notice a small, short lived difference during workout but I have to time the consumption or I miss the effect during the workout. Tastes so bad it ruins the taste of my protein shake so I have to choke it down with water. Oh ruins coffee flavor too.

Comments:	Great Product! Best pre-workout I've ever used. After switching from Fusion Force to this as well as other popular pre-workouts before that, i see no difference in the gym. If anything i see an improvement. Only positive benefits with AKG unlike creatine and other pre-workout non-sense.

Comments:	I usually buy the pills but they're so big and you have to take 4, hard to swallow in the morning. I'd be lucky to eat 2. Trying the powder out I noticed right away because I get the right dose that my veins are dilating a lot more and I can actually feel it when I'm resting. The veins will open up and it feels like a bug on my leg or arm but it's a good thing. Energy level when exercising is amazing!

Comments:	Can really feel the blow at the gym which was nice. Felt stronger, good energy, can't really taste it. I mixed with powerade & it mixed okay. Will prob. order again since it's a pure NO and it's cheaper. Wish it came in a bigger bottle. Only last around 30 or less days.

Comments:	Product works very well, gives a great pump as part of my per-workout shake. The second time I ordered the product it was on backorder for about a month, and the product I received had a different consistency and tasted extremely bitter. Prosource replaced the product and the new one is back to normal, be careful about this. Correct mix should stick to the side of the container and be very consistently white, the bad one had yellow in it and was more granular.

Comments:	Iike everyone has said this seems like a great pre workout product. I have a great pump feeling throughout the workout but no let down like with products with caffeine. The ONLY negative is the taste...it is VERY bitter. So unless you dont have a gag reflex I would have some juice close to chase it down.

Comments:	This is a great product for strength and intense workouts. One of the best pre-workouts I've ever used, and for the price...I'm definitely going to keep using it. I used the caps before, and the powder works just as well. It's a little lumpy in the container, but it mixes perfectly.
