Recommended Usage: Take 6 tablets daily on an empty stomach. Take 4 tablets before workouts and another 2 tablets immediately before bedtime. On non-training days, take 2 tablets in the morning, 2 in the afternoon, and another 2 before bedtime.

| Comments: | I give this prod 5 stars solely as a pump product. I guess there's data out there that says arginine & ornithine in the right ratio... blah, blah... None the less, the amount of arginine & ornithine in this product WILL give you an AMAZING pump during your workout, & the added boron & gamma o give it a nice lil boost. IDK how much it raises GH, but pumps are SICK |
