Animal Omega is an essential fatty acid complex consisting of the marine-sourced omega 3's salmon, cod liver and herring (known for their EPA and DHA content) along with the plant-sourced omega 3 flaxseed oil (known for its cardiovascular and anticatabolic benefits). Also included are the two most common sources of GLA borage and primrose oil known for their anti-inflammatory benefits. To round out this formula Universal has added the modified omega 6 fatty acid CLA and sesamin for their roles in helping with fatty acid metabolism.

Recommended Usage: Use Animal Omega as you would regular essential fatty acid (EFA) supplement, if this is your first time, take Animal Omega with a meal and you're good to go. Use a pack or two daily, as you need it.
