Recommended Usage: As a dietary supplement, take 3 MAN-Caps twice daily, once in the morning and once in the evening, preferably on an empty stomach with 12 oz of water. Do not exceed 6 MAN-Caps in any 24-hour period and do not exceed cycling guidelines. Use in cycles that include five days on and two days off per week. Allow up to 4 weeks to attain full effects.
