Recommended Use: Take 2 capsules with at least 8 fluid ounces (a full glass) of water approximately 1 hour before breakfast, lunch and dinner. DO NOT EXCEED A TOTAL OF 6 CAPSULES PER DAY.

If you experience difficulty in swallowing or breathing after taking this product, seek immediate medical attention. Take this product with at least 8 ounces (a full glass) of water. Discontinue use immediately if you experience any side effects.
