Directions: As a dietary supplement for adults, under 200 pounds take 1 (one) scoop with 8-10 ounces of water duting/after workouts. Adults over 200 pounds take tqo (2) scoops with 8-10 ounces of water during/after workouts. Read warnings and only use as directed.
Warning: Not intended for persons under the age of 18. Do not use if pregnant or nursing. Consult a health care professional prior to consumption, or if you have any preexisting medical conditions or if you are taking any prescription medication. After 12 weeks of use, discontinue for a minimum of 2 weeks. DO not consume for at least 2 weeks prior to surgery. Improper use of this product will not improve results and is potentially hazerdous to a persons health.
