Met-Rx offers a protein formula with a few interestingupgrades over typical products, including 7 grams of fiber per serving (mostly in the form of oat flakes and fiber), healthy fats (MCTS, flaxseed and sunflower oils), and a multi-vitamin blend. Protein & Oats contains 25 grams of protein per serving (from whey protein concentrate, soy protein isolate, milk protein isolate, sodium caseinate, micellar casein, milk protein concentrate, whey protein isolate, and dried egg white), plus added BCAAs and glutamine.
