Comments:    I agree about the strawberry flavor vs. chocolate and vanilla. I really prefer the choc. and vanilla. That being said, it's still a great protein.

Comments:    Overall solid protein shake, the strawberry flavor could taste a little bit better but the Chocolate and Vanilla are outstanding, but then again flavor doesn't really matter with a great product like this. I would highly recommend this to anyone.

Comments:    An excellent protein blend! Since it has a 12-hour protein release, it's great to take 1 or 2 servings about an hour before bedtime. As the amino acids are feeding my muscles while I sleep, they provide me with a faster recovery rate and more muscle growth while sleeping. I strongly recommend this product!
