Directions For PreSurge: On Training Days: For best results take one to two servings 20-30 minutes prior to exercise, preferably on an empty stomach for the quickest absorption. Start with one serving to assess your tolerance and work your way up to two servings if needed. On Non-Training Days: To optimize PreSurge, take one serving, preferably in the morning. Taking PreSurge on non-training days is not required but can help increase its benefits faster and increase your energy throughout the day.
