This pre-workoutsupplement from Optimum Nutrition contains a form of the nitric oxide precursor L-Citrulline in micronized form and bonded with a trace amount of hydrolyzed whey. It's an interesting direction to take and worthy of further study. In addition, PRE- contains beta alanine for the postponement of fatigue, DMAE (dimethylaminoethanol) as a focus intensifier, capsicum fruit extract for metabolic support, and a significant dosage of caffeine (200mg).
