Recommeded Use: As a dietary supplement, take one softgel a half hour before breakfast and one more a half hour before dinner, or as directed by a physician or health care professional.

Comments:    It's not like I can tell I'm taking this product (I cant tell any difference in my health or workouts or mood or anything), but if it really has in it what the label says, it's the best fish oil product for your money out there.

Comments:    I've been taking this for about six months now. I can't explain what effects it may have because it's such a slow gradual process. But I just regularly feel healthier now than I did six months ago. No aches and pains like I used to get. Bodybuilders might find this next thing interesting. I lose less muscle mass when I get lazy and don't work out for a few weeks. I highly recommend this product!
