Comments: This is a great supplement. I noticed results within the first couple weeks. Everyone seems to love the taste, but to be honest, it was the worst tasting protein i have ever tried. I had to buy a cheap vanilla econo whey to mix with it to hide the taste. but nutritional wise you cannot find a better protein supplement than this!
