Directions for use: Add one rounded scoop to 4 ounces of cold water (or juice or milk). Stir until powder dissolves and then drink immediately. For a richer, thicker, creamier shake, mix in blender for 30 seconds.

Comments:    Probably the best overall protien shake on the market today. Great tasting, easy to take down, fast to digest, and tastes like a real milkshake with milk. An impressive and excellent profile of aminos too, that's what really turned me on to it. And the 300mg of Aminogen is a major plus. Probably the best protien money can buy right now. I've made some serious gains using this product as my 4 times a day protien shake with Myozene as a post-workout supplement.

Comments:    This is a great supplement. I noticed results within the first couple weeks. Everyone seems to love the taste, but to be honest, it was the worst tasting protein i have ever tried. I had to buy a cheap vanilla econo whey to mix with it to hide the taste. but nutritional wise you cannot find a better protein supplement than this!
