Directions for use: Add one rounded scoop to 4 ounces of cold water (or juice or milk). Stir until powder dissolves and then drink immediately. For a richer, thicker, creamier shake, mix in blender for 30 seconds.

Comments:    This stuff is awesome! You can really feel it working. Makes you feel like and solid. I love that there is no extra uneeded stuff (bad oils, creamers, corn syrup solids, random stuff for filler) just Protein, animos, and Omega-3s. The best thing about it is that it's not thick and if you have a tough time drinking thick sweet shakes after a workout, this stuff goes down easy as water. Flavor is nice and cocoa-ie without uneeded sweetness or sugar. Prosource rocks.

I'm not sure if its just coincidence or what but in the 2 months i've been on this i've noticed that i am making visible gains again. I have three shakes per day (double dose) and my muscles seem to be recovering faster than ever. Thanks for a great product!
