Directions for Use: Add one rounded scoop to 4 ounces of cold water (or juice or milk). Stir until powder dissolves and then drink immediately.
For a thicker, richer, creamier shake, mix in blender for 30 seconds.

its pretty good with water too if you don't have any milk around, but once you drink it with milk i promise you won't even think about wasting a scoop with water haha
i've tried vanilla, chocolate, and this flavor in nitrowhey and this is my favorite
