Directions for use: As a dietary supplement, mix 3
scoops of NytroPlex-GF powder with 8-12 ounces of water or
non-fat milk and stir until completely dissolved. For a thicker,
creamier shake, add a few ice cubes and mix in a blender with
6-8 ounces of milk for approximately 45 seconds.*
Use NytroPlex-GF 1-3 times daily, or as needed to fulfill your
daily protein needs.

Comments: not sure what's in this product but i've gained over 10lbs since i started on it three months ago. i previously used the procomplex for years bc of the price but i just never got any results with that. the two products look very similar so i'm not sure why this is but nytroplex is apparently much more effective.
