Recommended Usage:Mix 4 heaping scoops with 16 - 20 oz. water in a blender for 30 seconds. On training days, consume one serving after workout. Comments:    Not sure what the last reviewer was talking about. The taste is atrocious. It was so incredibly thick, and it didn't even taste good. The ingredients are the best I've seen in a weight gainer, but until the taste improves, I will never buy it again.
