Recommended Usage:.
To maximize results, drink at least 64 ounces of water daily while using NO2. Dosing varies with weight and gender. Warnings:Do not use if you are pregnant or nursing. Consult your healthcare professional before use if you are being treated for high blood pressure or erectile dysfunction. Use this product with caution if you have a history of cold sores. Use of this product is not recommended in individuals allergic to corn products or citrus fruit. Products containing ephedra may reduce the effectiveness of NO2 if taken concurrently, and their use is not recommended.

Comments:    I've used this for a few years now. It works really well but the pump doesn't last as long as they claim it will or as fast after your body adapts. I do like this version better then the NO2 Black though. Tried the Black version & didn't see any better results then the Platnium version. Over all a good product.
