Recommended Usage: Recommended Use On Training Days: Once your tolerance has been established, mix 1-3 scoops with 5-18 oz of cold water and consume 30-45 minutes before training. Use approximately 5-6 oz of water per 1 scoop of powder. Again, vary the amount of water to achieve your desired flavor and sweetness level. Recommended Use On Non-Training Days: Mix 1 scoop with 5-6 oz cold water and consume on an empty stomach.

Comments:    Great pre-workout product ORang eflavor is alright might take time to get used to, but fruit punch is my personal favorite.

Comments:    This product tends to get a lot of negative criticism, but its pretty decent in my opinion. Great energy and pumps in the gym. You do build up a tolerance to it, but it seems that thats going to be an issue with pretty much any pre-workout NO/energy boosting type of product. While I believe NO-Xplode is a solid supplement, there are many similar ones that are less expensive and work better (according to other user reviews).
