RECOMMENDED USE:
ON TRAINING DAYS: As a dietary supplement, mix 2-3 scoops with 8-12 oz. of cold water or any beverage of your choice 30-45 minutes prior to your workout (on an empty stomach). To achieve maximum results, avoid eating a meal or drinking a protein shake within an hour of taking NO-XPLODE.

Caution: Individuals sensitive to stimulants should begin with half the recommended dosage (1-2 scoops) to help assess your tolerance.

ON NON-TRAINING DAYS: As a dietary supplement, mix 1 scoop with 4-8 oz. of cold water or any beverage of your choice (on an empty stomach). To achieve maximum results, avoid eating a meal or drinking a protein shake within an hour of taking NO-XPLODE.

NOTE: To help promote a dramatic physique transformation: Stack with Thermonex, Nitrix, NO-Xplode, CellMass, Lean Dessert Protein and Betalin 7-EC.

Comments:    Excellent pre-workout supplement. Definitely saw a significance in my lifting regime when using NO Xplode. I'm going to try this with CellMass and see if it can really lean me out. Great product and I'd recommend it to anyone.

Comments:    let me say by far one of the best supplements i have ever taking, only thing is get bloats beacuse i feel so dry when taking this product that i drink a lot of water which then bloats me, muscle fullness allmost allways goes away after a hour or so, but gives me the energy to lift on bad days, this product even though had some problems is by far the best in the world!!!! BUY IT!!!

Comments:    I absolutely love No-Xplode. The lemonade flavor is pretty good. It helps me get a good energy burst to start my workout and then a good pump as well. Highly Recommended, Try Endorush (Fruit Punch) that is another great pre-workout product from BSN.

Comments:    I wont evewr work out with this again. The first time i used this product was in 2005 when it first came out, but it really was only OK, then i started using Nitrix. My friend recomended i try NO Explode again, said it was better so i tried. I will never work out with out it again, I have been using it for a few days and it is just amazing! Thanks BSN for another wonderful product.
