RECOMMENDED USE:
ON TRAINING DAYS: As a dietary supplement, mix 2-3 scoops with 8-12 oz. of cold water or any beverage of your choice 30-45 minutes prior to your workout (on an empty stomach). To achieve maximum results, avoid eating a meal or drinking a protein shake within an hour of taking NO-XPLODE.

Caution: Individuals sensitive to stimulants should begin with half the recommended dosage (1-2 scoops) to help assess your tolerance.

ON NON-TRAINING DAYS: As a dietary supplement, mix 1 scoop with 4-8 oz. of cold water or any beverage of your choice (on an empty stomach). To achieve maximum results, avoid eating a meal or drinking a protein shake within an hour of taking NO-XPLODE.

NOTE: To help promote a dramatic physique transformation: Stack with Thermonex, Nitrix, NO-Xplode, CellMass, Lean Dessert Protein and Betalin 7-EC.

Comments:    Great energy for the first trip to the gym, but after a couple days I plateaued and needed more to get the same rush. Pumps were so so, but the real reason for the low rating is the gas. Now, I keep a stringent, balanced, straight-from-a-fitness-magazine type diet, and I've never had gas like this in my life. The guys at the gym thought it was funny at first, making me the butt of about a thousand Adam Sandler like potty jokes, but then they got sick of the smell and kicked my butt out.

Comments:    Im still on my 1st container. The 1st time I took this I used 2 scoops then waited an hour before going to the gym. I went from 160 on a chest press machine to 255(the whole rack) Maybe some of it was mental with me thinking I should be able to do this whole thing since I took no-explode but what i found is that you are supposed to push yourself...HARD! Try to go beyond what you usually do. Also, the 1st time I took this I got the shakes a little bad. It was kind of creepy but I tend to do that with all energy type products. But I feel it does exactly what it says. Im at the end of this 1st container and Im using 3 scoops and the shakes are for the most part gone. I hope my body isnt adjusting to the product.

Comments:    I Just Wanna start out saying that this product is the best preworkout stuff ever. No Explode definetly gives you an intense workout and is longlasting. I 've tried Superpump 250 and it doesnt compare to No explode... I Highly recommend this!

Comments:    I love this product. I think it works best in cycles, the taste is good, although I really havent taken any other products like it. Notice some bloating, but I am looking for mass and will slim later.Always take cellmass after and have noticed gains in all my lifts, and maintain great intensity in the gym. Great product.

Comments:    This is my second time buying this product after trying some others. Fusion Force is good Synthatrex Extreme is pretty useless and tastes crappy. This is the best that I have taken so far. Tastes great with water and gives you energy and awesome pump while working out. Highly recommend!

Comments:    I've tried the Fusion Force and the SuperPump250. I'm currently taking the Fusion Force but I plan to go back to this product as I get the best results, pumps, from NO Xplode. I haven't tried Trac but plan to. So far this is the superior product for Pre-workout and pumps.

Comments:    I love this stuff! I combine no-explode with nitrix and cellmass along with a high caliber protien. I go up 20lbs on every excerise as apposed to not taking it at all. Im 5'9 205lbs and plan to get to 215 by the end of spring! No-explode is my training partner!

Comments:    What was I thinking when i decided to try a different creatine. I had used NO in the past and wanted to try a new product boy was I stupid. NO Explode gives you the FOCUS, INTENSITY, ENERGY, and DRIVE that no other product can. NO Explod is the only answer to a super intense workout and I WOULD NEVER TRAIN WITHOUT IT.
