RECOMMENDED USE:
ON TRAINING DAYS: As a dietary supplement, mix 2-3 scoops with 8-12 oz. of cold water or any beverage of your choice 30-45 minutes prior to your workout (on an empty stomach). To achieve maximum results, avoid eating a meal or drinking a protein shake within an hour of taking NO-XPLODE.

Caution: Individuals sensitive to stimulants should begin with half the recommended dosage (1-2 scoops) to help assess your tolerance.

ON NON-TRAINING DAYS: As a dietary supplement, mix 1 scoop with 4-8 oz. of cold water or any beverage of your choice (on an empty stomach). To achieve maximum results, avoid eating a meal or drinking a protein shake within an hour of taking NO-XPLODE.

NOTE: To help promote a dramatic physique transformation: Stack with Thermonex, Nitrix, NO-Xplode, CellMass, Lean Dessert Protein and Betalin 7-EC.

Comments:    If your looking for energy this is the pre work out for you. I train very early so this deff helped me to get the lead out. I thought pumps were better on superpump though. But for energy, No Explode for sure.

Comments:    To the guy that was wondering about the difference between super pump250 and NO x. super pump is a great workout drink i give it 5 stars, when i first took 250 i got these veins on my shoulders that wont go away and i love it. Im about to go do some tries and legs in and i just bought NO x so ill give you some more feed back. ive heard good things tho

Comments:    N.O.-Xplode is a very good product. Very solid. Gives you energy, focus and a good pump. All the flavors have the same sour taste to them. I personally enjoyed it. But there are better products out there. All in all its not too bad.

Comments:    This product is great for mental alertness, and motivation. The taste is probably one of the best throughout all the pre workout formulas. I stack it with Volumaize, if you want a great stack then take noexplode, volumaize, and cell mass and watch your muscles grow.

Comments:    I took this product for about 3 months, I couldn't train without it for a while. Eventually your body gets immuned. Good product for the money though. Would recommend to anyone lookin for intense workouts..Didn't see much strenght gain though, but some size due to the fact I was working out harder.

Comments:    no x is good ive went through 3 or 4 small canisters and one of the big ones. im an extreme hardgainer and this hasnt helped me alot with gaining size its more of a mental thing. has anyone compared this to superpump? i mean actually taken both not just read about both. hear its not too bad wanna try it. if u know help me out

The biggest thing I notice about it is the mental focus in the weight room,you get in and all you think about is the weights the whole time you are there.Also it gives you what you need to get past the breaking point in hard workouts.I bought a bottle of Superpump to change it up and ended up giving it away Superpump is not even close to NO Explode.Also Prosource is awsome dont get ripped off by GNC.

Comments:    Great energy for the first trip to the gym, but after a couple days I plateaued and needed more to get the same rush. Pumps were so so, but the real reason for the low rating is the gas. Now, I keep a stringent, balanced, straight-from-a-fitness-magazine type diet, and I've never had gas like this in my life. The guys at the gym thought it was funny at first, making me the butt of about a thousand Adam Sandler like potty jokes, but then they got sick of the smell and kicked my butt out.

Comments:    Im still on my 1st container. The 1st time I took this I used 2 scoops then waited an hour before going to the gym. I went from 160 on a chest press machine to 255(the whole rack) Maybe some of it was mental with me thinking I should be able to do this whole thing since I took no-explode but what i found is that you are supposed to push yourself...HARD! Try to go beyond what you usually do. Also, the 1st time I took this I got the shakes a little bad. It was kind of creepy but I tend to do that with all energy type products. But I feel it does exactly what it says. Im at the end of this 1st container and Im using 3 scoops and the shakes are for the most part gone. I hope my body isnt adjusting to the product.
