BSN's popular pre-workout formulation contains the standard nitric oxide booster arginine-AKG plus several other cell volumizers including the amino acid L-taurine to help fuel muscular pumps. NO-xplode also includes a blend of the focus and stimulant enhancers L-tyrosine, vinpocetine, glucuronolactone and caffeine along with a blend of electrolytes as well to help support hydration during intense workout sessions.

RECOMMENDED USE:
ON TRAINING DAYS: As a dietary supplement, mix 2-3 scoops with 8-12 oz. of cold water or any beverage of your choice 30-45 minutes prior to your workout (on an empty stomach). To achieve maximum results, avoid eating a meal or drinking a protein shake within an hour of taking NO-XPLODE.

Caution: Individuals sensitive to stimulants should begin with half the recommended dosage (1-2 scoops) to help assess your tolerance.

ON NON-TRAINING DAYS: As a dietary supplement, mix 1 scoop with 4-8 oz. of cold water or any beverage of your choice (on an empty stomach). To achieve maximum results, avoid eating a meal or drinking a protein shake within an hour of taking NO-XPLODE.

NOTE: To help promote a dramatic physique transformation: Stack with Thermonex, Nitrix, NO-Xplode, CellMass, Lean Dessert Protein and Betalin 7-EC.

Comments:    I used this product about 3 years ago. i took the mass stack and it was good. but after 2 bottles I didn't feel anything. I took a few months off and went back and still nothing. i would take 3 scoops and it didn't work. waist of money. I switched to Nano Vapor & its great. don't waist your time with this. go for Nano Vapor. Its stronger.

Comments:    this stuff tastes great, it reminds me of push up ice cream. I have tried lemonade and blue raspberry and both taste great but lemonade seems to have a better kick. I cant wait to try orange citrus.

Comments:    This is a great product. Taste isn't too bad. I take it about 30 minutes before working out and Im ready to go. Don't take every workout though. found my body got used to it, so I alternate with other products.

Comments:    Take it 30 minutes before I hit the gym. Helps me mentally focus on working out, no distractions on this stuff. Pumps are sick, and I can go longer and harder each work out. Plus unlike SP-250, you won't have to use the toilet 30 times in an hour.

Comments:    I'm 6ft5 250lbs and very athletic(and not just on the internet if you know what I mean). This stuff does work for heavy lifters and bigger guys. I've tried everything out there and nothing compares to NO-Xplode!

Comments:    Pluses- tastes pretty good. Good overall pump. Minuses- No real energy boost even with three full scoops. Overall- there are much better NO/energy boosters out there. BSN is popular because of its aggressive ad campaign and flashy packaging. Go with superpump 250 for a better pump and much more focus.

Comments:    Gives me a great energy boost esp. on the last two to three forced reps. Works very well with Nitrix. Pump stays with me all day. Make sure to take two scoops because one does nothing for you.

Comments:    for my size at 270lbs this product did little for me, energy fell of middle of my workout. Gaspari sp250 is the best for bigger lifters.

Comments:    I'm not currently taking this product but I've tried it and I must say it's a very good product. I'm currently taking Goliath's Groloid but I'm about to switch back BSN. This product has given very good results in very little time. If your looking for good pumps and muscle mass.. this is it!!
