RECOMMENDED USE FOR INDIVIDUALS UNDER 200 LBS: As a dietary supplement, take 3 tablets 3 times per day (everyday). Take the first dosage in the morning on an empty stomach, the second dosage before lunch on an empty stomach, and the third dosage before dinner on an empty stomach.

RECOMMENDED USE FOR INDIVIDUALS OVER 200 LBS: Take 4 tablets 3 times per day (everyday). Take the first dosage in the morning on an empty stomach, the second dosage before lunch on an empty stomach, and the third dosage before dinner on an empty stomach.

NOTE: It is recommended to take Nitrix on an empty stomach approximately 30-45 minutes before meals (taking Nitrix with food or on a full stomach will diminish its effects). Additionally, while taking Nitrix it is ideal to keep glutamine consumption to 10 grams or under per day. Taking a product that contains ephedrine will also diminish the effects of Nitrix. To fully benefit from the vaso-muscular volumizing effects of Nitrix it is recommended to take it everyday, and consume 120 oz. of water per day and a diet that is rich in protein and carbohydrates.

NOTE: Every individual's body chemistry and weight will determine how long it takes for Nitrix to induce its maximum effects. Many individuals may notice the initial signs within the first 7-14 days, and each week thereafter the effects should become more pronounced. Others may begin to notice the initial signs in days 14-21, and again, each week thereafter the effects should become more pronounced. Nitrix begins to induce its maximum vaso-muscular volumizing effects in weeks 3-12. After 12 weeks of use, discontinue for at least 4 weeks. Store in a cool dry place!

WARNING: Seek advice from a health care practitioner prior to use if you have any pre-existing medical condition including (but not limited to): hypotension, hypertension, heart, liver, or thyroid disease, diabetes, psychiatric disease, asthma, pernicious anemia, anxiety, depression, seizure disorder, cardiac arrhythmia's, stroke, difficulty urinating due to prostate enlargement, or if you are taking an MAO inhibitor or any other prescription drug. Comments:    A hundred million times better than any other N.O. product out there. I get HUGE pumps and and my veins are popping out everywhere even when i am not working out, just make sure to drink alot of water when using this product, it will increase the outcome by alot.

Comments:    This Product is very good on making you muscles expand. You feel it from day 1 for me. When you work out you can feel a big difference. More blood gets to your muscles. But this pump thing. I felt it once then went away. You also recover faster witch is a bonus being a athlete.

Comments:    I stick with ProSource and Bioquest, both companies have great products. I also have used Gaspari SuperPump and it is some great stuff. Gaspari seems to be solid and have independent labs verify their supplements effectiveness. I would like to see more of Gaspari products in Prosource catalog.

Comments:    this is a great product. At first i didnt notice anything but after a week i began to feel the effects...longer harder workouts grat pumps and became less tired and was apple to crush out those extra reps. A great product when stacked with creatine.
