Directions for Use: Add one rounded scoop to 4 ounces of cold water (or juice or milk). Stir until powder dissolves and then drink immediately. For a thicker, creamier shake, mix in blender for 30 seconds.

When to Use: Use NytroWhey Extreme 2 to 4 times daily, or as needed to fulfill your daily protein needs. It's also great when mixed into cereal, yogurt, pancake mixes, oatmeal, or any other baked goods. 100% Non-denatured. Mixes Instantly by Spoon.
