Recommended Usage: Beginners should start with one serving (3 caplets) with an 8 oz. glass of water twice daily. Intermediate and advanced bodybuilders should refer to the chart below. On days of your workout, take 1 of these servings before your workout. Do not exceed 10 caplets in a 24-hour period. Consume ten 8 oz. glasses of water daily for general good health. Read the entire label before use and follow directions.

Comments:    good product help me squeeze out that last rep but getting to the end of my first bottle and it is giving me intense head aches have to do like 7 warm up sets so it dosnt hert. also bad gass

Comments:    Not the best NO product I have tried. While I believe powder pre-workout products deliver a better pump, I need one in pill form for convenience sake. I do not believe this is the one for me. It was just average. I have got better pumps from NO Explode and Nano Vapor in the past. NanoX9 provided increased vasodilation that I could see, but not feel. And for me, it is all about the feeling. Next time, I'm trying MRI's NO2 Black. I wish ProSource would come out with a great NO product in pill form, cuz it would be top notch.

Comments:    nahh didnt do it for me, i used this for 2 days didnt feel the intense pump or focus it says it will give you, im sending it back on the gurantee, the best N.O. product i have used without question is no shotgun, mental focus,insane pumps no shotgun will do that for you
