Amount Per Serving: Proprietary Blend 3,050 mg (Vitamin B-3 (As Niacin) 50 mg, L-Arginine Alpha Ketoglutarate (aakg), L-Glutamine, L-Taurine, Caffeine Anhydrous, L-Ornithine Powder, Yohimbe Extract (bark) (pausinystalia yohimba) (8% alkaloids), NADH, L-Lysine).

Other Ingredients: Magnesium stearate, titanium dioxide, silicon dioxide flour.

	Recommended Usage		Return to Top

Recommended Usage: As a dietary supplement, take 4 capsules with an 8 oz. glass of water once daily. On workout days, take the capsules 30-60 minutes prior to workout. It is recommended that you drink ten 8 oz. glasses of water daily. To avoid sleeplessness, do not take within 4 hours of bedtime. Please read the entire label before use and follow directions carefully.
