Directions for use: Mix 3 scoops with 16 ounces of water in a shaker cup or blender, and consume immediately after your workout. Approximately 45 minutes later, eat a well-balanced meal, including complex carbohydrates and a quality protein source.

Comments:    I use Myozene right after a workout and I hear a lot of people complaining like babies about the taste. that was when it first came out. Since then they reformulated it for better taste so all you whining about the taste give it another shot it actually taste like Hawaiin Punch. I have had great results with this and noticable gains on my calves and shoulders. this stuff is great and has turned me on to other Bioquest products.

Comments:    I just finished my 1st tub of myozene and loved it. ive seen great results with it. Ive really tightened up and really showing some definition now. Mixed with a good eating plan it worked great. Just started my 2nd tub and cant wait to see more results. I actually like the taste.

Comments:    I got really good gains from Myozene. The taste is actually pretty good (I'm using After-Mass Orange now and I prefer the flavor of Myozene). This product would rate 5 stars but, at times, it gave me incredible bloating, so watch out if you have a sensitive gastro track.

I came back using this produce and with a proper work-out and meal plan I put on 10 pounds of muscle in four weeks. In all when me 8 week routine was done. I had a total of 17 lbs I put on. Comments:    The BEST muscle-building product available on the market today!! As long as you train hard and eat right you WILL see results, people have been complimenting me at the gym constantly. Taste is fine and your body craves it after a workout. A tad bit expensive but worth it...if you cant afford this After-Mass from ProSource is pretty official and also gives good results.

Comments:    A great post workout drink. The taste isn't actually that bad. Maybe its just me. The taste is actually better than the older version. The only draw backs are the price and Only 16 servings per container. First time i used it went from 225 lbs on bench to 245 lbs with one tub.

Comments:    I would take this if it tasted like antacid. (And it dosn't taste that bad) My muscles got harder (really noticable) and not as sore. This required some adjustment as that is what I guage my workouts by. I am putting on muscle very nicely. Highly recommend. One (or two) more tubs next month.

Comments:    4 stars for now. Only used it twice. The main reason for feedback is that people are too critical of the taste. This is drinkable and satisfying. We ll see about gains in a couple weeks. But for a post workout punch with all the good stuff this is it. It does taste like Flintstones vitamins. Dont let fruit punch protein scare u. It is excellent. I can't taste whey at all.

Comments:    This is an outstanding product. It tastes great too. If you are not taking this product or a product comparable to this then you are missing out. This maximizes your workout by giving you hydrolyzed protein and essential aminos that your body needs to boost protein synthesis. Hopefully the price comes down in the future. I recommend this product to anyone trying to get yolked!
