Taste is pretty good. I have noticed less soreness after working out . I drink it during my workouts and am able to push myself to lift more.

never taken BCAA's before.I bouhgt this and threw it in with no-xplode. 1scoop of myosurge and 2scoops no-xplode. in 28 days with a strict diet and proper workout and rest periods, I have increased the amount of weight i can throw around on all excersises and i have gained waht seems to be 1.7 lbs a week, and still going. only dislike is when working on a cardio day and taking this with no-xplode it seems to mess with my body and I end up feeling like crap. On cardio days only tho.

didn't like it at all. it did nothing for me. I finished my cell-tech, and I decided to try something else, and this was what i tried. It was a HUGE disappointment. I actually felt like I got weaker. I do not recommend this.

5 FIVE STARSI've used shotgungood results but alot of jitters gasparifantastic results but post jitters and bsn noexplodemixed results and major pre workout runs but ProSource MyoSurge works beyond, no way beyond its price I had great concentration, fantastic pumps, the amount of weight I could throw increased dramatically and no jitters or runs We are all different but after all these years I found MyoSurge to the product
