Comments:    I like the new Muscle Milk ingredients: less fat, more fiber. This flavor is good, has a slight marshmallow taste with the chocolate. But, the other chocolte flavors are better especially: Chocolate Banana Crunch Mint Choclate My shake recipe: 1 container of ice cubes 8 oz milk 1 1.2 scoops of Muscle Milk Blend in blender, tastes like a frosty.
