Muscle Milk pudding supplies 160 calories 6 grams of fat, 6 grams of carbs and 20 grams of protein sourced from milk protein isolate, calcium and sodium caseinate, and whey protein isolate.

Please note bars sent in summer months may arrive melted. To maintain optimal freshness and texture, keep these bars stored in a cool, dry place. If they were delivered to you during hot humid weather, allow them time to cool and harden before consuming them (a few hours in a refrigerator will restore texture).

Comments:    I honestly don't think the taste is bad. Cheaper than buying instone. It may be an acquired taste. Lactose free so that is a defenite plus.

Comments:    I just got a case of this stuff. I really wish I had sampled it somewhere first. The taste is bad and it's so thick, the combination of bad taste and thickness makes it hard to eat. I blended a cup into one of my shakes and it's a little better, but I'll try another brand next time. Good protein quantity though, so I'll tough it out.

Comments:    I could not believe how thick this stuff was. it honestly is like eating clay. its a little easier to eat if not refridgerated. taste was ok. still can't get over how thick it was. you never would think it would take you longer than 10 minutes to eat a little cup of pudding.

Comments:    like already said, its kinda thick but it has a nice taste, and im pretty sure its cheaper per cup each cup than instone's(both have 20g protein) i like it
