This version of the popular Muscle Milk line has a much more calorie-friendly profile than the original with only 6 grams of fat, 2 grams of sugar, 11 grams of carbohydrates and 195 calories per serving (44% less than the original). This gives Muscle Milk Light a bit of an edge in the lean mass category, while retaining the highlight of this product line, which is CytoSport's "mother's milk" protein blend (micellar alpha and beta caseins and caseinates, whey concentrates and isolates, whey peptides and lactoferrin).
