Comments:    Im just a regular Filipino guy. I have gone through Strawberry, Dulce de Leche, and Cookies N Cream and so far Dulce is my Fav. I lost nearly 15 lbs less gut and little more muscle mass. I take two scoops w/H20 after each work out and of course eat better foods. But I also binge on the weekends. Hope this helps!
