Mix two scoops in 10-12 fl. oz. water. Taste like real milk shake.

Comments:    I've tried other flavors of Muscle Milk, but the cookies n cream is by far the best tasting. The results if accompanied by diet and the right workouts will bring excellent results, and fast. I take it mid morning, as a afternoon snack, and then 30 mins after workout, or before bedtime. Great stuff!!

Comments:    I just finished my first container of Muscle Milk and I was impressed. The taste is outstanding and couldn't wait to make another shake. I mix it in milk to add more calories and it also makes it taste that much better. The only downside is that there are only 16 servings. I bought this at my local nutrition store for 20 bucks so I guess we shouldn't expect too many servings. If you have the money to spend, try this flavor.
