Recommended Usage: Mix two scoops in 10-12 fl. oz. water. Taste like real milk shake.

Comments:    Tastes good but kills my stomach. Gained some weight but mostly bloat that I soon lost after I got off of it.

Comments:    Have only tried the chocolate and muscle milk tastes great, its just like a real milk shake and mixes really well. Not the cheapest but its probably worth spending alittle exta. I look forward to trying the different flavors.

Comments:    great taste, but a lot of calories(so i take 1 scoop shakes, but a few times a day instead of taking a huge shake at once) but the mct's i guess help you burn fat, but havent been on it long enough to see if its true but i dont know why its 2 bucks more than two 2.48 pounders
