Mix two scoops in 10-12 fl. oz. water. Taste like real milk shake.

Comments:    WoW, mix this with milk and it tastes like chocolate cake batter with a little banana flavor! Im not sure where the crunch comes from though... I actually look forward to drinking unlike many othey whey shakes.

Comments:    Well, I haven't really tried tons, and tons of proteins... Nor am I a "Body-builder", I just wanna get in shape, tone up and pack on some muscle... But I can tell you that the results were far greater than any of the one's before... Not only that, but I'm scared (yet curious) to try the other flavors because Chocolate banana crunch was phenominal... This is probably the best tasting protein powder out there... even tasted good with just water... but with milk it's delicious... 5 stars.
