Recommended Usage: As a dietary supplement, take 6 tablets with a full glass of water approximately 30 minutes before workouts (weight-training or cardiovascular exercise). On non-training days, take 3 tablets before morning and afternoon meals, for a total of 6 tablets daily. TO EXPIERENCE QUICKER (AND MORE PROFOUND) RESULTS, take 9 tablets 30 minutes before a workout.

Comments:    OMG!!! This supplement rocks. I took my 6 pill sample pack 30 minutes prior to my chest/triceps workout. After about 10 minutes of Inc. Dumbbell Press, I felt a tingling sensation starting from my ears, and then spreading to my whole body. It lasted about 10 minutes. It was shocking, but not harmful. Half hour into my workout on flat bench dumbbell press, my chest felt like it was twice its usual size! Massive pumps and vascularity, and my energy was off the hook! Must be some quality creatine and beta-alanine in there, all I gotta say. Lasted throughout my entire workout. Although I was red in the face with bloodshot eyes, I enjoyed every minute of it. Like to see the price come down, but I will definitely purchase MORPH in the future. Fantastic product.

Comments:    Morph claims to increase your vascularity, strength, and give you a great pump. I got absolutely nothing from this product. I took 6 pills because I'm a light weight and it didn't do anything. The label says to experience take 9 pills so I took and still nothing. It took 12 pills for me to feel anything. I wouldn't recommend this product.
