Mid Cycle contains a creatine salt that is formed through the bonding of malic acid and pure creatine. Linking creatine with an anion like malic acid may allow more creatine to be stored as creatine phosphate, though this potential is as yet unvalidated. Mid Cycle also contains standard creatine monohydrate, taurine, L-Arginine as a vasodilator, and 4-hydroxyisoleucine as an insulin potentiator. Mid Cycle is intended for pre-workout use.

Recommended Usage: As a dietary supplement, use(2) scoops daily. Workout days: Combine one scoop in 16oz. of water and drink 60-90 minutes prior to training. Combine one additional scoop in 16oz. of water and drink immediately following your workout. Non workout days: Combine one scoop with 16oz. of water and drink with a meal. Wait 4-6 hours and combine one additional scoop in 16oz. of water and ingest with a meal. Drink at least 10-12 glasses of water each day during use of this product.
