 The lemonade flavor is definitely edible. Especially compared to some other stuff out there.
I definitely noticed gains through the 1st tub of MyoZene. In about a month I went from benching only about 155 to 195, and I've always struggled with chest upper body strength. Hope to be up to 225 and have some more noticeable definition in my chest after this second tub. My arms were noticeably bigger, biceps and triceps bigger then they have ever been. April 14, 2011
