 Overall, Mass Amino Tablets is hands down one of the best supplements I have ever used. After just one bottle I noticed a significant increase in size, strength, and definition. I took about half of the recommended dosage. I weigh 200 pounds I feel as though a pill per 10 pounds of body weight is a little overkill. Best $39.95 i've ever spent. November 12, 2012
