 A good product overall but I'm a little disappointed with the flavor change of the new product. I am on my second container the first being the original formula of fruit punch and it is now a milk based flavor vs. the original which was juice based, so mixing with Gatorade and creatine post workout no longer works. Mixing ability however has increased dramatically which is nice, no more clumps. April 19, 2011
