 Recently I purchased the Strawberry flavor of MASS-TECH and was well pleased with the flavor. But I wasn't prepared for the volume it made coming from the blender which is why it is a good idea to drink before bed as your last meal. I take this on leg days which is my problem area, twice a week. I am seeing improved strength in my legs as well as size. I highly recommend this product. April 30, 2011
